Still 10p a minute to phone home!

In light of recent price rises by Patientline, Premier have launched its eye catching “10p campaign” to ensure Trust staff, patients and visitors understand that their outbound call charges remain unchanged at 10p a minute*, for local and national calls from the bedside.
The new campaign has welcomed a great response from hospital staff, patients & visitors alike, and has boosted our relationships with Trust staff.

Premier wishes to re-affirm it is investigating ways of reducing, rather than increasing, patient charges. We have been working closely with the Department of Health & our Trusts to find ways of reducing charges at existing sites, whilst simultaneously developing new products & services that are cheaper to install & allow inbound call rates to be reduced to 20p per min
