Having a phone/TV at the bedside enables relatives and friends to keep in touch with the patients, and the bedside TV helps keep patients entertained and takes their minds off their problems. All the patients find it enjoyable to be able to choose and watch their favourite programmes while they are confined to bed. Different pricing options also mean that they can tailor their viewing to their own requirements and having Premier staff on site to assist the user and sort out any problems is also appreciated by the patients.”
